OUR SERVICES
We install, replace, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses in our service areas.
QUOTES AND APPROVAL
We assess the job and provide a written quote. Your service agreement sets out the work, price, payment schedule, and any exclusions. We will discuss changes with you before carrying out additional work.
APPOINTMENTS AND ACCESS
A requested date is not confirmed until we contact you. Please provide accurate contact and property details, safe access to the equipment, and permission for the work. Contact us promptly if you need to reschedule.
PAYMENT
Payment is due as stated in your written agreement or invoice. Any agreed fees and applicable taxes will be shown before you approve the work.
INSTALLATION WARRANTY
Installation workmanship is covered for 1 year from completion. Your written warranty explains the coverage and any exclusions. Equipment manufacturer warranties are separate. Contact us if you believe work needs attention.
YOUR AGREEMENT AND RIGHTS
These website terms do not replace your signed service agreement or any rights under applicable law. Please ask us about anything you do not understand before approving work.
