Warranty
This system includes a standard 5-year parts and compressor warranty for residential installations when registered. For commercial use, the warranty covers 1-year parts and 5-year compressor. If installed by a Gree Select Dealer and registered within 60 days, the residential warranty extends to 10 years for parts and the compressor. Controls are covered for 90 days from the purchase date.
Durability and Reliability
Designed for long-term use, this system includes a basepan heater that prevents ice buildup and an acrylic-resin anti-corrosion coating to withstand harsh weather conditions. If the system encounters an issue, the indoor unit displays an error code for quick diagnostics.
