Shipping Availability

  • We ship HVAC units to select service areas within the United States. Availability depends on location and product type.

  • Please confirm your address is within our serviceable area before placing your order.

 

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the product, typically taking 7–14 business days. Custom or special-order items may require additional time.

 

Shipping Challenges

Due to the size, weight, and sensitivity of HVAC units:

  • Freight Shipping: Most units are shipped via freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. This requires a signature upon receipt.

  • Handling: Extra care is taken to package and transport HVAC units to prevent damage during transit.

  • Remote Areas: Additional delivery time and fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the HVAC unit. Fees will be disclosed at checkout.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing, notify the carrier and Easy Heating Cooling immediately.

  • We will assist in filing claims with the carrier and provide a replacement if necessary.

  • Full installation by licensed and experienced technicians.

  • Testing and calibration of the system to ensure optimal performance.

  • Removal and disposal of old equipment, if applicable.

 

Installation Costs

Installation costs vary based on system type, location, and complexity. A detailed estimate will be provided before scheduling.

 

Customer Responsibilities

To prepare for installation:

  • Ensure clear access to the installation site.

  • Provide any necessary permits or approvals required by local regulations.

 

Combined Shipping and Installation Discount

For customers who opt for both shipping and installation services through Easy Heating Cooling, we offer a bundled discount to simplify the process and reduce overall costs.

 

Returns and Cancellations

  • Once an HVAC unit has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return.

  • Uninstalled units may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

  • Cancellation of installation services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
